From my first contact, each experience was professional, prompt, friendly and accurate. They came on time both for the bid and the day of the service. I received a bid promptly and once signed, I received an approximate date which turned out to be accurate. On the day of the service, they were there on time and were done within 2 hours. That is because they have the exact equipment they need and expert people to run the equipment. Each person knew what to do and then supported one another as needed. It was amazing to see how fine tuned the operation was. Later, two different neighbors asked for the name of the company since they saw the work they were doing. I have never had my yard looking better after contractors were there. They cleaned up after themselves and then some! Thanks to all at Kremer Tree Service. I highly recommend.
